Job Summary:
We are a Catholic Classical school seeking an Elementary School Teacher who is experienced and passionate about their Catholic faith to join our team. As an Elementary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure the success of each student. You will also act in a ministerial role to your students, leading them to deeper understand their faith as well as love learning.

Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes a love of learning
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and other forms of evaluation
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Utilize learning technology effectively to enhance instruction
- Support students in their social-emotional development and provide early intervention as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in education

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree

- Familiarity with concepts philosophy with the classical education model
- Experience in teaching in a classroom setting at the elementary level (experience teaching in the classical model preferred)
- Strong knowledge of subject matter, including math, language arts, science, and social studies
- Familiarity with learning technology tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and administrators
